"And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others."
2 Timothy 2:2
Across churches, community organisations, and care settings, there are adults who are carrying wounds that words alone cannot reach. They need a different kind of space — one where creativity, Scripture, and stillness work together to open what has been closed.
The Equip Others training exists to multiply that space. By training workers, volunteers, and ministry leaders to facilitate art and poetry encounters, Begin Again International extends its reach into communities, congregations, and care settings around the world.
You do not need to be an artist. You need to be willing to be present, to hold space with gentleness, and to trust that God works through the creative process in ways that go beyond what we can plan.
"You don't need to be an artist to facilitate an art encounter. You need to be someone who believes that God meets people in the creative space — and who is willing to hold that space with care."
Both formats are available by application only. Group pricing is available for organisations training multiple facilitators at once.

Every art encounter begins and ends in the Word. Facilitators learn to anchor creative exercises in specific Scripture passages, allowing God's voice to lead the session rather than technique.
You will learn how to hold space for participants who carry deep wounds — how to respond with gentleness, how to recognize nervous system responses, and how to create safety without clinical language.
Understanding how the brain processes creativity, stress, and healing allows facilitators to design sessions that genuinely support regulation and growth — not just artistic expression.
This is not art instruction. It is ministry. Facilitators are equipped to see themselves as vessels — creating conditions for encounter, then stepping back to let God do the work.
The Equip Others training is for anyone who works alongside adults in a care, ministry, or community setting — and who senses a calling to bring creative encounter into that space.
No prior art training or facilitation experience is required. What matters is a willingness to be present, a heart for people, and an openness to how God works through creativity.
